Sunar, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that an appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 27. 06. 2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, POCSO, West Garo Hills District, Tura in POCSO Case No. 15 of 2021, the appellant being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the same. However, while preferring the said appeal, delay of 75 (seventy- five) days has occurred for which this application has been filed with a prayer for condonation of the said delay in filing the said appeal.
