It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that a patta was granted to the predecessor in interest of the petitioner of land bearing No. 1283min. Area 0.1210 hectare situated at Village Manapaar Baheriya Pargana and Tehsil Utraula district Balrampur. 3. It has been stated that certain persons are interfering in the possession of the petitioner for which purpose he had already given a representation to respondent No. 3 who in turn has directed the concerned Lekhpal to interfere into the said matter and restore the possession of the petitioner. 4. Learned Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions has submitted that in fact the petitioner has sold majority of his holdings and with the remaining holdings he is in possession and submits that if sometime is granted then appropriate orders in this regard can be passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate pertaining to the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition which has already been raised before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned. 5. Accordingly, in the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 04.06.2025 with expedition, say, within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
