It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the maximum period of detention under which detenu has been detained is two years which period has already expired, therefore, impugned order has outlived its life. In view of the submission made learned counsel for the respondents, this petition with the afflux of time is rendered infructuous and is accordingly, disposed of.
