Case No. 30 of 2024 arising out of Chouparan P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17(C), 18(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribag. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 9171 of 2024 by order dated 23.10.2024. 4. It is alleged that 4.4 kg. of opium was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. The quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of commercial quantity. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7.
