Accodinglyl they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) (3) and 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri M. Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate-IX, Ranchi. 3. On 15.03.2025 at 10.00 a.m., 13 named and 150 unknown persons attacked the house of the Informant and assaulted the persons present there. It appears that ten persons sustained injury. Later on, husband of the Informant succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It was finally submitted that 2. similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court as well as by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5 In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M. Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate-IX, Ranchi in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
