The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the summoning order dated 30.05.2017 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Allahabad as well as entire criminal proceeding of Complaint Case No. 482 of 2015, Archna Vs. Rajesh Kumar and others, Under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station- Soraon, District Allahabad, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Allahabad. It is further prayed that further proceeding of the aforesaid Complaint Case No. 482 of 2015, Archna Vs. Rajesh Kumar and others, Under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station Soraon, District Allahabad pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Allahabad may kindly be stayed during pendency the present application under section 482 of Cr.P.C. before this Hon'ble Court, so that the Justice may be done, otherwise the applicants shall suffer irreparable loss and injury and/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 5. This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 23.10.2017 subject to deposit of Rs. 15,000/-by the applicants. As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 07.4.2017, the applicants have not deposited the said money before the Centre till 06.4.2018. 6. In view of the same, this matter is reported by the office through the report dated 04.08.2025 of Registrar (J) (Listing) that it is likely to be infructuous. 7. Perused the records. 8. Since there is no one appearing on behalf of the applicants to press this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the matter being likely to have become infructuous by efflux of time. 9. It is further prayed that further proceeding of the aforesaid quash the entire criminal proceeding of Complaint Case No. 472 of 2015, Archna Devi Vs.
