The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed for quashing of the impugned criminal complaint case no.11979 of 2017 arising out of case crime no.4 of 2017 under Section 3 of the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1996 registered at police station RPF Locoshop, District Lucknow pending in the Court of learned ACJM- Northern Railway, Lucknow as well as summoning order dated 26.10.2017 passed by learned ACJM- Northern Railway, Lucknow. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant(s) submits that that he does not want to press this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with liberty to move an appropriate application prescribed under law before the trial Court concerned and the same may be decided in a time bound manner. 4. Accordingly, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case the applicant(s) moves an appropriate application before the concerned trial Court, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial Court.
