Respondents For Petitioner : Ms. Anu Mishra, Advocate on behalf of Mr. Sourabh Sahu, Advocate For Respondent-State For Respondent No. 4 : : Mr. Santosh Soni, Govt. Advocate Mr. Palash Rajani, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Parth Prateem Sahu, Judg e ORDER ON BOARD 29/01/2025 1. Petitioner has filed this review petition seeking review of the order dated 03.01.2022, passed in WPC No. 5504/2021. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner, during course of arguments, referred the documents enclosed along with review petition which would show that against the order under review dated 03.01.2022 petitioner has filed a writ appeal bearing W.A. No. 47/2022. The said writ appeal was withdrawn vide order PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 dated 16.10.2023. Relevant portion of the order passed in writ appeal reads as under. “1.The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant appeal. 2. Learned counsel for the respective respondents have no objection. 3. Permission is granted. 4. In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty.” 3. From perusal of the order passed in writ appeal, it further mentions that writ appeal was dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty. 4. The law is well settled that when once the order sought to be reviewed is put to challenge in an appeal, the review of the said order is not permissible. 5. In the aforementioned facts of the case, I do not find any good ground to entertain this review petition any further, it is accordingly dismissed. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) pwn JUDGE
