Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to direct learned A.C.J.M. 3rd Court No. 27 Charge Sheet (Police Report) bearing No. 66633 of 2023 dated 03.12.2022 vide Case Crime No. 0311/2022 under Sections 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Gosaiganj, Lucknow pending before him/her, expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. Considering the averments and the Order sheet, the present application is disposed of with direction to the court concerned to endeavor to decide the Case Crime No. 0311/2022 under Sections 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Gosaiganj, Lucknow pending before him/her, expeditiously in accordance with law and if necessary to adopt coercive procedures in case the parties are not cooperating. 6. In view of the aforesaid terms, the application U/s 483 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.
