On 09.05.2025, the respondents transferred her to GHS Tunna, District Mandi. Petitioner’s transfer was vice respondent No.6, who was brought in place of the petitioner from GHS Tunna by clubbing her previous stays. Petitioner was relieved from GSSS Alsindi on 13.05.2025. She submitted her joining report at GHS Tunna on 14.05.2025. Petitioner’s joining was not accepted at GHS Tunna as respondent No.6 was on maternity leave. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 2. Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record instructions memo dated nil, May, 2025, which reiterates that petitioner’s joining cannot be accepted at GHS Tunna, District Mandi, as respondent No.6, posted at GHS Tunna, is on maternity leave and cannot be relieved during the period of aforesaid leave. 3. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to accept petitioner’s joining back at GSSS Alsindi, District Mandi and her case for joining at GHS Tunna, District Mandi be considered on respondent No.6’s joining at GHS Tunna after availing the maternity leave. 4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to accept petitioner’s joining at GSSS Alsindi, District Mandi and consider her case for transfer in terms of office order dated 09.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) upon respondent No.6’s joining at GHS Tunna, District Mandi after availing the maternity leave.
