Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 10.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 143 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351 (2), 352 and 333 of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station Jahangirabad, District Barabanki and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that during investigation Section 92 of B.N.S. has been added. 4. In view of allegations levelled in the first information report and the subsequent developments in terms of addition of aforesaid provision, we are not inclined to exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to apply for anticipatory bail or take other remedy available to them under the law. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
