2. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“ It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and set aside the impugned order 28.10.2017 passed by the Learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, in Cr.R. No. 38/17 (Annexure A/1) and modified the order 26/2017 passed by the trial Court in Cr. Complaint case No. 47/2017 while ordering of framing the charge u/s 420, 467, 471, 120(B) of the IPC against the respondent No. 01 and 2, in the interest.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 01 and 02 have compromised the matter. Therefore, the present CRMP has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above submission, this CRMP is dismissed as infructuous./-
