The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kairo P.S. Case No. 44/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 14/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 331(5), 115(2), 352 & 106(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 3 & 4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practice Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have kicked the husband of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that if assuming the allegation to be true, case under Section 106 (1) of the B.N.S. 2023 will be made out, which is bailable in nature. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Kairo P.S.
