Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner retired from service on 01/04/2020, on attaining the age of superannuation, and he has made a representation on 25/03/2023 to respondent No.5 for releasing retiral dues, however, till date, no decision has been taken by the respondent on the said representation. 3. Learned counsel for the State, would submit that since the petitioner is seeking a limited direction for decision on his representation, the District Education Officer shall consider the said representation within a stipulated period in accordance with law by considering the grievance of the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the representation dated 25/03/2023. 5. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered within a stipulated period in accordance with law, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
