The subject matter of dispute relates to the release of black matpe. 3. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the goods whereas this is being disputed by the private respondents herein. 4. Mr.Richardson Wilson states that an enquiry was conducted by the respondents 1 and 2 on 28.11.2024 and that they are yet to pass orders on the same. 5. Mr.R.P.Pragadish on the other hand states that enquiry has been conducted and it has been referred to the Special Investigation and Intelligence Branch. He further states that the customs department will take a call on the matter within a period of two weeks from today.
