The present petition has been filed claiming a writ of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to conclude the investigation of Case Crime No. 135 of 2024, under Sections 167, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Barabanki, District Barabanki. 4. Learned AGA submits that the charge sheet has already been forwarded to the court concerned against some accused persons. 5. The aforesaid fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, however, he has placed reliance on an application moved by the subsequent Investigating Officer on 19.05.2025 referring to submission of charge sheet sheet on 04.10.2024 and he submits that the investigation in relation to other accused persons may also be directed to be concluded expeditiously. 6. Once charge sheet against named accused persons has already been submitted, no further direction is required in this matter as the law will take its own recourse. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
