Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the grievance that though consolidation court has passed some orders in favour of the petitioner, the same is not being executed on the spot. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that on an earlier occasion, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Writ C No.10045 of 2023 (Chandra Bhan vs. State of U.P. Thru. District Magistrate Shrawasti and 9 others) which was disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 09.11.2023 with an observation that all the administrative and police authorities are expected to comply with the order of the Court. 4. We find that similar issue has been agitated again by means of the present writ petition. Therefore, no mandamus, as sought for, can be issued in the present writ petition. 5. In case the petitioner is so advised, he may file appropriate proceedings in furtherance of the order dated 09.11.2023 passed in the earlier writ petition. 6. Insofar as relief No.(ii) is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke appropriate proceedings under the relevant provisions of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
