Heard Sri Lallu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2/ District Magistrate, Aligarh to allow the application dated 26.11.2024 of the petitioner and necessary correction may be made in the revenue record, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the correction application dated 26.11.2024 filed on behalf of the petitioner before respondent no.2/ District Magistrate should be decided in time bound period. 4. I have considered the arguments advanced by learned counsel the petitioner and perused the records. 5. Petitioner is seeking correction in the order dated 7.4.1998 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation which has been set aside by this Court in Writ B No. 19519 of 1998 by separate order of the date, as such, the relief prayed in this writ petition as well as in the correction application dated 26.11.2024 cannot be granted/ allowed. 6. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as well as final order passed in Writ B No. 19519 of 1998, no interference is required in the matter. 7. The writ petition is dismissed.
