Superintendent of Police, Guntur District, in considering and acting upon the petitioners representation dated 03.10.2025, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents, more particularly the 3rd respondent, to consider and dispose of 3 the petitioners representation dated 03.10.2025 forthwith, by conducting a fair, impartial, and time-bound enquiry into the allegations of misuse of uniform, abuse of departmental influence, and false implication of the petitioner and her husband in criminal cases by the 6th respondent and to take appropriate disciplinary and legal action in accordance with law and Pass ….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. V R Maheswara Rao Paleti, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that respondent No.3 has failed to register an FIR pursuant to the representation dated 03.10.2025 submitted by the Petitioner. 4. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the representation of the Petitioner was registered as Crime No.482 of 2025 under Sections 79, 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity, ‘the B.N.S’) at Nagarampalem Police Station, against one Shikha Jyothsna. 5. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing Respondent No.3 to give logical conclusion to the FIR in accordance with law. 6. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ DR. Y.
