Mr.K.Karthik Jaganathan, learned Government Advocate states that pursuant to the order of interim suspension, they will serve charge memo on the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement is recorded. 5. The 2nd respondent-Superintendent of Central Prison, Cuddalore, shall serve the charge memo on the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
