The petitioner preferred the present writ petition in pursuance to the earlier writ petition bearing WPS No. 1392 of 2025 which has been decided on 28.02.2025. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following reliefs :- 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow petitioners to participate in the ongoing Fifth Phase of Recruitment process for the post of Assistant Teacher schedule to held from 19/03/2025 to 26/03/2025. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as if may deem fit and appropriate. 3. The said writ petition bearing WPS No. 1392 of 2025 was disposed off with a direction to the petitioners to prefer a representation before the authority concern and in turn the authority was directed to decide the representations in the light of the judgment dated 03.02.2025 passed in WPS No. 925 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order of this court on 28.02.2025, the present petitioner submitted his representation on 03.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) before the 3 / 3 Director, Public Instruction Directorate, Raipur (Respondent No. 2) but the same has not been decided till date though the counselling process has already been started. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent/ State submits that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending, the same will be decided within a period of 3 days, as the counselling procedure has already been started. He further submits that the writ petition is not maintainable at this stage, as the earlier writ petition has been disposed off after discussion on merits, with a direction to the petitioners to submit the representation before the authorities. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and the representation filed by the petitioner in pursuance of the order of this court in WPS No. 1392 of 2025. 7. Perusal of the documents shows that the counselling process has already been started. Considering the same, respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2025 within a period of 4 days from today. 8. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed off. 9. The petitioner is directed to apprise the concerned authority about the order of this court today itself. 10.
