GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in summoning the petitioner and detaining the petitioner in the police station for hours together and also abusing him in filthy language apart from threatening the petitioner to implicate in false cases. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the State, on instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent received a missed call from the petitioner’s mobile, and as such the 3rd respondent has called back the petitioner. The allegation that the petitioner is repeatedly called to the police station is not true. It is submitted that except for calling back the petitioner after receiving the missed call, the 3rd respondent has not summoned the petitioner. 3. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 4.
