Heard Mr. Anil Anthwal, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Mohit Kumar Kashyap, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. The applicant-accused-husband of the respondent-complainant and the respondent are present in-person. Applicant is identified by Mr. Anil Anthwal, Advocate. The applicant and the respondent submitted that they have settled all their disputes and after resolving their disputes, they are living together. They have filed a Compounding Application (IA No.02 of 2025) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. 5. The respondent has requested to quash the entire proceedings of the said Criminal Case No.8608 of 2022. 6. Considering the totality of the matter, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.8608 of 2022, “Smt. Harleen Kaur Vs. Santosh Narang”, pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/IInd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, are quashed. 2 2025:UHC:9602 7. Resultantly, the present Application, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is allowed and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.8608 of 2022, “Smt.
