1.GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking following prayer:
“to declare the impugned action of the respondent no.4 under the guise of enquiry in placing the petitioner out of contract employment temporarily vide impugned proceedings cum show cause No.k5/87/25, dt.28.2.2025

No.9410 of 2025 though unwarranted and continuing as such though the petitioner submitted his explanation to the show cause notice and threatening to terminate the services of the petitioner by hook or crook though the petitioner has not committed any irregularities or misconduct insisting the petitioners to submit resignation to his posts and not paying salaries as illegal, arbitrary, high handed, discriminatory, violation of principles of natural justice and cannot be justified in the eye of law and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Field Assistant of his gram panchayat with all consequential benefits and to pay pending salary in the interest of justice and pass such other orders.”

Petitioner while working as Field Assistant in Narayana Vanam Gram Panchayat of Chittoor District, has been placed under suspension pending enquiry and called upon to submit show-cause against the allegations levelled against him. Petitioner submitted explanation dated 07.03.2025, which is pending consideration. The grievance of the petitioner being that the enquiry is not conducted and by virtue of impugned temporary suspension orders, dated 28.02.2025, he is not allowed to attend to the duties. 3. Heard Sri Ch.Srinivas, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services, appearing

Learned standing counsel for 4th respondent submits that the 4th respondent is seized up with the matter in concluding the enquiry, and in terms of Field Assistants Human Resource Policy, the enquiry has to be completed within a period of thirty days. 5.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both counsels by directing the 4th respondent to conclude the enquiry within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and pass appropriate speaking order in accordance with law. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending
