In the counter affidavit filed by the Respondents, it is stated that no appeal has been filed by the Petitioner and there is no provision of appeal to the District Collector as per G.O.Ms.No.42 3. dated 21.11.2008. In that view, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that 4. liberty may be granted to challenge the impugned order dated 02.08.2023.
