This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the opposite parties to select the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri of centre-Mansoor Nagar-II, Block Pihani, district Hardoi as the petitioner being the only eligible candidate. Learned counsel submits that in this regard, the petitioner has already made a representation on 31.05.2025, a copy of which has annexed as annexure 4 to the writ petition. He prays that respondent no.3 be directed to consider and decide the same. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the request of the counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
