The present petition has been filed challenging an order passed on the interim relief application, which was duly affirmed in Misc. Appeal. As the nature of the order impugned is interlocutory, no interference is called for. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. 4. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to challenge the impugned orders when the suit is finally decided at the time of preferring an appeal.
