The first bail application has been moved on behalf of the Applicant. The Applicant- Sundar Singh is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.06 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Section 8 and 20 of N.D.P.S. Act, registered at Police Station Deghat, District Almora. 5. Heard Mr. K.K. Harbola, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned AGA for the State of Uttarakhand. 6. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the co-accused Kheem Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.11.2025 in the similar offence, thus on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled to be enlarged on bail. 7. Learned State counsel has strongly opposed the bail application. 8. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed.
