Nagar, Mohali (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure P-2) alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, in case a genuine compromise is effected between the parties in future.
