1. Heard Mr. Purendra Khichariya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Adhiraj Surana, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 as well as Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State/respondents No.2 to 4.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant petition with the following prayer:
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of an appropriate nature and direct respondent state to reconsider the candidature of petitioner for the purpose of allotment of post graduate seat in MD/MS Course 2024-25, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.”
3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition as this is the second round of litigation and first petition filed by the petitioner was
3 dismissed on 19.02.2025 on merits and the instant petition has been filed for same cause of action.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
