It is submitted that the 3rd respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station, interfering with the civil disputes, and pressuring the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 5th respondent. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Home. 4. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes and not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. 5.
