Supplementary affidavit filed today by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- (i) To direct the learned Civil Judge Senior Division Sitapur to decide the execution case no. 4 of 2024 (Rehmat Ali and other Vs. Mahboob Ali and others) filed on 19.12.2024 within stipulated period as per direction by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Raul S Shah Vs. Jitendra Kumar Gandhi in Civil Appeal No. 1659-1660 of 2021 contained as Annexure No. 5 in the interest of justice. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite both the parties are appearing before the court but till date no decision has been taken in the execution case, which has been filed six months ago. Therefore, he prays for issuance of a direction to the court concerned to decide the case expeditiously. 5. In view of above, without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Sitapur to decide the aforesaid execution case in accordance with law within three month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
