Learned Standing Counsel says that he has instructions to the effect that the land in respect to which grievance has been raised is not recorded as 'Raasta' but is 'bhumidhari' land of the opposite party no. 4. We do not express any opinion but suffice it to say that this is not a matter to be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
