Learned State counsel vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail application and would argue that an equally efficacious remedy is available to the applicants/accused to file the anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court but without exhausting the same, the applicants/accused have straightaway approached this Court. 5. To this, learned counsel for the applicants/accused seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to take appropriate legal remedy from the appropriate Sessions Court. 6.
