When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondents have complied with the order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14505 of 2023 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim, if any.
