He further submits that the order of suspension has also been stayed by this Court. Mr. M. Y. Bhat, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the operation of order of suspension was stayed by this Court, the petitioner was shifted to Government Medical College, Kupwara, where he performed his duties and during that period, he has been paid salary and other emoluments which is not denied by learned counsel for the respondents. In view of the above, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as the suspension is not in operation, therefore, this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
