Learned counsel appearing for the applicants/FCI submits that this Court vide its order dated 12/12/2024 directed the petitioner to approach the Dispute Redressal Committee for settlement of his grievance and the present applicants/ respondents were directed to decide the grievance raised by the writ petitioner within three months, whereas, due to some difficulty the final order could not be passed on or before the stipulated time, however, he submits that during the pendency of the present MCC, the final order has been passed and as such the present MCC has now become infructuous. 3.
