For the respondent : Mr. Ashok Kumar Tyagi, Advocate. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “a. Quash the Appeal being not maintainable (Annexure P-3) before Ld. Collector, Sangrah, District Sirmour, H.P. b. Quash the impugned notices and all consequential proceedings (Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-6)” 2. This Court is of the considered view that the petitioner could not have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court, 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:29752 in the backdrop of the facts in which the present petition has been filed, because whether or not the Appeal is maintainable, has to be decided by the Authority before whom the proceedings stands initiated. 3. Accordingly, these proceedings are closed but with the observation that let the Appellate Authority decide the proceedings pending before it, as expeditiously as possible and preferably before 30.11.2025.
