Serial No.16 SUPPL. CAUSE LIST-I IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR WP(C) 1929/2023 CM(4511/2023) Ruqaya Jan and Another …Petitioner(s) Through: None Vs. Union Territory of J&K & Ors. ...Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Mohsin Qadri, Sr. AAG with Ms. Maha Majeed, Assisting Counsel CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE ORDER 19.12.2025 1. There has been no representation on behalf of the respondents for the last consecutive three dates of hearing and the reason is obvious that vide order dated 2nd August, 2023, this Court while issuing notice to the respondents also directed them not to harass the petitioners. The interim order seems to have taken benefit of by the petitioners. Today also, when the case was called nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 2. Objections on behalf of respondents No. 4 to 6 have been filed. However, there has been no contest even by respondents No. 4 to 6 who too seem to have abandoned to contest this petition. MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 23.12.25 3. In view of the aforesaid and by efflux of time, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
