(2) Petitioner was engaged as outsourced employee in the O/o Divisional Logging Manager, Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation for discharging duties as Assistant Accountant. His engagement, however, was discontinued w.e.f. December, 2024. He earlier filed writ petition challenging his discontinuance, which was disposed of with liberty to make representation for his reengagement on any Group ‘D’ post as outsourced employee. His claim for reengagement has been rejected. Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner is again before this Court. (3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to serve as casual labourer; Managing Director has engaged labourers through KMS Operator. He submits that Managing Director be directed to consider petitioner’s claim for engagement as labourer through KMS Operator or any other outsourcing agency. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation to the Managing 2025:UHC:10470 Director regarding his reengagement as labourer or on any other Group ‘D’ post. If he makes representation, Managing Director shall look into it and take decision, as per law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
