Mr. J Roy, the learned senior counsel who appears on behalf of the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection if the writ petition is restored to file. However, the learned senior counsel submits that as the writ petition is of the year 2016, a date may be fixed for hearing of the matter at the earliest. 3. Taking into account the above, the order dated 25.02.2025 by which WP(C)No.4166/2016 was dismissed stands recalled. 4. Consequently, WP(C)No.4166/2016 is restored to the file of this Court. 5.
