Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 13.7.2023 passed by the Coordinate Bench in a batch of writ petitions, lead case being WPS No.3986/2023 (Smt. Nilendri Thakur Vs. State of CG & ors), whereby the order dated 3.3.2023 passed by respondent No.6 was set aside being passed in utter violation of principles of natural justice. 2. Learned State Counsel does not dispute submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that case of petitioner is squarely covered by the decision of Co-ordinate Bench in WPS No.3986/2023 (supra). 3. In view of above, present writ petition also deserves to be and is allowed in terms of the order dated 13.7.2023 passed in WPS 3 No.3986/2023 (supra). Impugned order dated 3.3.2023 (Annexure P-1) is set aside on the technical ground of it being in violation of principles of natural justice. 4. However, the respondents, if they so want, would be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law and also adhering to the principles of natural justice.
