Petitioner. -Versus- The State of Jharkhand .......... Opp. Party. ----- CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN ----- For the Petitioner : Md. Asadul Haque, Advocate For the State : Mr. Pankaj Kumar, P.P. ----- Order No.02 Date: 05.06.2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 308(2)/77/79 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(1)/66(E)/67/67(A) of the Information Technology Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case and for no offence he is languishing in judicial custody since 19.03.2025. The petitioner neither sent the photographs and chatting screenshots nor blackmailed anyone. In fact, he is not the account holder of the alleged Instagram ID. As such he may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, this bail application is hereby rejected. (Deepak Roshan, J.) Vikas/Arpit
