Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that, the Petitioner is an ex-serviceman and as such, he made an application as per Annexure-U in Form-IA under Rule 8 of Land Grant Rules. Thereafter, the said application has not been considered. Accordingly, the Petitioner has approached Respondent No.2 as per the representation dated 14.04.2023 at Annexure-Y seeking consideration of the application made by the Petitioner at Annexure-U. 3. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation/application of the Petitioner at - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22458 WP No. 2531 of 2025 Annexures-U and Y in terms of the relevant circular which provides for grant of land insofar as Ex-servicemen is concerned at Annexure-X at the earliest within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
