G L NAGESWAR RAO The Court made the following: ORDER Heard Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.L.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for respondents. 2. The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of order dated 31.12.2020 in W.P.No.24824 of 2020. 3. The petitioner filed the above said writ petition to declare the inaction of 3rd respondent in not registering and releasing the sale deed executed by the vendors of the petitioner in respect of agricultural property admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No.72/2 in Dharmavaram village & Mandal, Anantapuramu District, as illegal and arbitrary. 4. The said writ petition was disposed of on 31.12.2020 directing the 3rd respondent to process the pending document vide P.No.36 of 2015 for registration and register it, if it is otherwise in order as per the provisions of the Act and the Rules made thereunder and release the same to the petitioner in accordance with law. In the event, he is not inclined to register the said document and intends to refuse to register the said document, he shall pass appropriate orders as per the provision of Section 71 of the Act, giving reasons for not registering the document and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise as indicated above shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. An additional reply affidavit was filed by the respondent. Along with the additional reply affidavit, the refusal order No.8 of 2021 dated 14.09.2021 passed by the respondent was annexed. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that challenging the refusal order dated 14.09.2021, the petitioner filed another W.P.No.31770 of 2023 and the same is pending. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, since a refusal order No.8 of 2021 dated 14.09.2021 passed by the respondent and the petitioner filed W.P.No.31770 of 2023 challenging the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt case. 8.
