The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to follow the procedure under Section 35 of BNSS, and to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, register the F.I.R. or close the petition enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
