Kushuma Devi w/o Laulesh Kumar r/o Village- Sankarur, P.S.- Rampur Kalan, Sitapur, Sakuntala Devi w/o Shivraj r/o Village- Sankarur, P.S.- Rampur Kalan, Sitapur and Manjeet s/o Laulesh r/o Village- Sankarur, P.S.- Rampur Kalan, Sitapur. It is reported by the aforesaid report that the appellant died two years ago. 3. Having considered the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur, the appeal is abated. 4. Consigned to record.
