At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has become infructuous. When controverted as to how the petition has been rendered infructuous, it is informed that the alleged next friend of the detenue Khushbu Mishra, namely, Dev Prakash Pandey, who had claimed to be her husband, has not turned up after 30.07.2019 and the order of this Court dated 30.07.2019 has also not been complied. 2. This matter has been placed before this Court under the provisions of Chapter 12 Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952. 3. Having regard to the information provided by learned counsel for the petitioner as also keeping an eye on the fact that the order of this Court dated 30.07.2019 has not been complied by the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed under Chapter 12 Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
