Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the revisionist. 2. Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. The instant civil revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 07.02.2025, passed by learned Judge SCC/ Ist Additional District Judge, Haridwar in SCC Suit Case No. 05 of 2021, Sri Anil Giri vs. Sri Rakesh Bhardwaj, whereby the suit for eviction/recovery of rent and damages has been decreed. 4. Mr. Arpit Bhardwaj, power of attorney holder of Mr. Rakesh Bhardwaj (father)/ revisionist and the respondent/ plaintiff Anil Giri are present in Court. 5. On several dates, the matter was heard at length. However, today both Mr. Arpit Bhardwaj, power of attorney holder of Mr. Rakesh Bhardwaj (father)/ revisionist and Mr. Anil Giri who are present in Court submits that they come up with the settlement that the revisionist shall vacate the shop in question within two years from today, i.e. on or before 30.11.2027. 5. Both the parties are identified by their respective counsel. Xerox copy of the Aadhar cards, signed by the parties and verified by their counsel are filed and kept on record. 6. Mr. Siddhartha Singh, who appears for the respondent submits that since the respondent/plaintiff is himself present in Court and agrees with the proposal, therefore, revision may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement arrived in between the parties. 2025:UHC:10398 7. In view of the statement, as made above, and undertaking as given by Arpit Bhardwaj, power of attorney holder of Mr. Rakesh Bhardwaj (father) the instant civil revision is disposed of finally with the direction to the revisionist to vacate the shop in question on or before 30.11.2027 and shall pay monthly rent regularly, as agreed. 8. It is made clear that if the revisionist fails to vacate the shop in question on or before 30.11.2027, the Executing Court shall immediately take steps against the revisionist.
