The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction upon respondent no.2 to decide the interim application filed by the petitioner in the appeal preferred before the respondent no.2. 3. Considering the fact that the appeal has been filed and an interim application has also been filed, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.1 to decide the appeal itself within a period of four months. Specific order shall also be passed on the interim application filed by the petitioner in the said appeal within a period of three weeks from today.
